About This Journal
An international peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Al-Muthanna University, dedicated to advancing scientific research culture and promoting diverse research activities in the fields of humanities, educational sciences, and psychology. The journal facilitates the exchange of specialized scientific publications with research centers, institutes, and other academic institutions, thereby contributing to the expansion of knowledge in humanities, including applied and field studies, as well as the publication of conference proceedings and scientific symposiums. Established in 2008 under the name ‘Uruk Journal’, it initially published research across all scientific disciplines. In 2011, the journal specialized in humanities and was renamed ‘Uruk Journal for Humanities.’
Publishing schedule
The journal is published quarterly, with one volume comprising four issues annually. Issues are typically published in March, June, September, and December.
Issue 1 covers January to March,
Issue 2 spans April to June,
Issue 3 includes July to September,
and Issue 4 encompasses October to December.
Research papers and articles are published in both Arabic and English languages in electronic format.
